4 main reasons for heartburn pain and how to control it

It is better to stay away from those medicines. It is advisable to use some natural home remedies to combat the problem.

    Apart from that, if you can make some alterations to your way of life you can stay away from the problem up to a certain extent. You should avoid smoking. You should consume alcohol moderately. It is better to eat moderately instead of going for a full meal.   Stay away from spicy foods which are highly acidic.
